A semi sweet apple wine made from 5 varieties from Willett's Orchard apples. A hint of spice will make you think of fall. Great served chilled or warmed as mulled wine.                                           A light and sweet fruit wine with very soft hint of blue berries.. Good with after dinner ice cream.

                         An off-dry white wine made from French hybrid grapes grown in Illinois. This wine has a crisp lemon and grapefruit flavor with apple and peach notes creates a nicely balanced wine perfect with seafood and poultry. It also goes well with light alfredo sauces and pasta.
A full-bodies dry white wine made form the Chardonel grape, a varietal cross of the Chardonnay and Seyval grape. WIth aromas ranging from apple to pear, this wine pairs nicely before dinner with cheeses or during dinner with seafood or chicken dishes.
A dry red wine made from Illinois-grown Chambourcin grapes with aromas of blackberry/cherry and a spicy flavor.
a very smooth semi-sweet white wine made from Illinois-grown Traminette grapes. You'll be reminded of a lightly sweetened grapefruit
a dry white wine made form the Seyval Blanc grape, grown in Willett's Vineyard. Similar in style to a Pinot Grigio, you'll enjoy the citrus-like acidity


 a sweet red wine created from a blend of concord and vallard grapes. This wine is bottled with a label featuring a picture of "old town" Manito. The 2006 edition is the first of a series!
