We are very proud to have our winery established in a restored 1893 building in the small town of Manito, IL. Our vineyard is located about 8 miles northwest of Manito near Spring Lake.
We hope, as you peruse our website, you will learn more about our heritage, winery, vineyard, apple orchard and vintage creations. We're sure you will want to plan a visit to meet us at the winery. If you crave a quaint European atmosphere, plan to visit us during the day. If it is a more lively experience you desire, plan a visit during one of our music events.

Willett's Winery & Cellar will host the 2nd annual Quilt Display during the month of December. In 2007, quilts which dated from the mid-1800's to the 2000's were displayed in the rafters of the winery. A booklet provided information about the heritage of each of the quilts as provided by the owners. It was a beautiful sight and was enjoyed by hundreds of people.
It is now time to begin planning for the 2008 quilt display. If you have a quilt you wish to display, please submit your name and pertinent information about the quilt you would like included in the booklet (ie: owner of the quilt, year made, pattern if known, &/or any other interesting information) Quilts will be displayed in such a fashion that they will not be touched or handled by viewers.
Only a limited number of quilts can be displayed, so don't delay! Please call the winery at 309-968-7070 or email Cris Willett at cris@willettswinery.com to register your quilt.
